Chad and his staff are Kind, compassionate and understanding. I have been with Eagle rental since Dec of 2019 3 great years with this company they have always understood my situation and worked with me . I couldn’t ask for a better company and staff to rent from. Outstanding great staff .

I’ve been renting from this company for almost a year and I feel like I’m dealing with loan sharks. I pay every month and have paid thousands of dollars for furniture that isn’t great. I let the manager know I was in the hospital and was going to be late in one payment and they proceeded to call and email me, friends, family every day. When I got out of the hospital I emailed them twice to make a payment but asked them to stop harassing me. The next day the owner entered my building illegally and came to my apartment and tried to open my door. They have a person come in after 6:30 just to call a list of people and harass them. There has been no apology or amends form them. I suggest you use a different company.
